NTV Chairman Mosaddak Ali attends Close Up 1- II finale

International Television Channel NTV Chairman and Managing Director Al-haj Mohammad Mosaddak Ali was present at the grand finale of Close Up 1, Season 2.

The colourful programme was held at Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre in Dhaka on 29 December 2006.

Al-haj Mohammad Mosaddak Ali, along with other respected guests and judges, gave the award to the new Close Up 1 champion Salma, who is from Kushtia.

She got more than 18 lakh viewer votes and became the second champion of this popular singing competition beating about 52 contestants.

The programme was aired live by NTV and viewed by thousands of people home and abroad.

Apart from Al-haj Mohammad Mosaddak Ali, the programme was attended by scores of prominent figures of the country to make the occasion a success.
